About the role
You will partner with engineers and clients to understand users, explore ideas quickly and deliver designs that are both delightful and practical to build.
What you'll do
- Run lightweight user research and turn insights into clear user flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Build and maintain reusable components in our design system.
- Work with developers to ensure pixel-accurate, accessible implementation.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of product or agency design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expert Figma skills, including auto layout and components.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, colour and accessibility.
Nice to have
- Motion design
- Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
- Experience designing dashboards
